We produce all of our products made-to-order which means we need from 3 to 5 business days from your order to produce and ship your items (5 to 10 bussines days for leather items). We appreciate your commitment to sustainable ways of production.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the check-out.
All delivery costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange, please ask for a return of the product following the instructions and then make a new order.
Returns
SANTAMARTA accepts returns. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with its original packaging. If you are eligible for a return, the refund will be made within the next 7 days.
unique products and sale products cannot be returned.
The customer will always cover the return costs.
